Weekdays: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: Open upon request
Sunday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
PARKING IS FREE:
We share the parking lot with Walgreens and you may park anywhere. We do try to keep the small side parking lot free for folks with mobility challenges when possible. Street parking on Main Street is also free and plentiful.
WALKING: Prism is about a 10-minute walk (less than 0.5 miles) from the top of the Winooski Circle.
HEALTH/MASK GUIDELINES:
Please reschedule if you have cold or flu symptoms, even with a negative Covid test. Masking during your appointment is up to you. I am fully vaccinated and boosted, wear a mask for most services, and am happy to stay masked if it makes you feel more comfortable. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any specific questions or requests.
(Overly Detailed) DIRECTIONS:
321 Main St, Winooski is the same building as Walgreens. You'll be following signs for RIVER VIEW WELLNESS, SUITE B on the 2nd floor. There is an entrance on the right side of the building with the small lot, just walk to the right of the Walgreens front door.
At the top of the stairs, the only way to go is right! You will PASS Suite C/D before you get to Suite B. Alllll the way down the hallway on the left is River View Wellness, please come right in! You'll see a small waiting room on the left on your way down the only hallway. Prism's door is just a few down, you're welcome to come on in if the door is open, otherwise please make yourself comfy in one of the waiting rooms and I'll come get you.
RESTROOMS: Private gender-neutral restrooms are just inside the door to Suite B.
ACCESSIBILITY:
An elevator to the second floor is located at the side parking lot entrance. Please note that the main Street entrance only has stairs. Since the building is not equipped with push-button doors, I'm happy to pop downstairs if you use a mobility aid and would like any assistance. As someone who lives with a disability myself, I am quite motivated to do everything in my power make Prism a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
